General

SAIN provides educational resources, mentorship, and community experiences designed to support creative life. These offerings are educational in nature and do not constitute therapy, counselling, or medical advice.

Participation in SAIN's offerings is undertaken at your own discretion and responsibility.

Educational Approach

SAIN is grounded in educational practice, which means feedback, reflection, and adaptation are part of the process. If something isn't supporting you as intended, please get in touch. Where possible, we will work together to find an approach that better fits your context and needs.

Refunds

Because SAIN's offerings often involve immediate access to digital content and tailored educational support, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted or work has begun.

However, SAIN values feedback, adaptation, and collaboration. If you feel an offering is not supporting you as intended, please get in touch. Refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis where appropriate.

In rare cases where an offering is clearly not a good fit despite reasonable engagement and efforts to adapt the experience, refunds may be considered at SAIN's discretion.

Digital Products

Digital products, including Audio Companions, are intended for personal use only and may not be redistributed, reproduced, or shared without permission.

Due to the nature of digital products and immediate access to content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted.

Creative Compass

Creative Compass is a one-time purchase that provides access to the framework, resources, and community described at the time of purchase.

As Creative Compass is a digital educational offering with immediate access to content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. If you experience difficulties with the offering, please get in touch so that we can explore possible solutions.

Mentorship

Mentorship consists of six 60-minute sessions to be used within six months of purchase.

Sessions are scheduled by mutual agreement.

Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions without notice may be forfeited.

Mentorship is tailored to the needs and context of each participant. If you have concerns at any point, please get in touch so that adjustments can be made where appropriate.

Unused sessions expire six months after purchase.

Intellectual Property

All materials, resources, and content provided through SAIN remain the intellectual property of SAIN unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Materials are provided for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, reproduced, or redistributed without permission.
